You may also call us at (760) 289-5394 Same day services that are cancelled/no-showed are non-refundable and will be charged the full service price. There are no refunds. You must cancel no less than 24 hours before your appointment, to avoid the full service charge. If you cancel an appointment in less than 24 hours before an appointment; you will be charged for the full amount of the service you booked for; on your credit card or debit card. You are required to provide a debit or credit card to book an appointment.
Right to Refuse Service:
The Mobile Technician have the right to refuse service for any reason, or any medical conditions of the client that endanger the Technician. We are not licensed to treat and requires the care of a Podiatrist or special physician.
Arrival time:
The Mobile Technician will arrive 15 minute window before appointment to set up work station.
